  I simply was amazed by this restaurant. The staff were friendly and sociable to guests and had friendly banter with us. The food was simply outstanding- the burger was the best I've had ever (though that's not saying much since I typically don't eat a lot of them) , and the brownie dessert was so grand, definitely for sharing. It's a tad pricey (burger was 14 euros) but at the end of the day you get what you pay for, and that's completely the case for Hard Rock Cafe.

  We tried HRC tonight and were eventually happy that we decided to wait 20 mins for a table. Yes, it was busy, but as soon as we sat down our waiter was immediately ready to take orders. He was really friendly, prompt and helpful. We ordered drinks, starters and burgers and initially wanted to go for some cheesecake, but could not manage the dessert as the other portions were just enough and good quality.

  Pricey though, if you compare to neighboring restaurants, but I was happy to pay more for a pleasant dinner with the family.

  The food was outstanding , I got ribs and the meat fell off the bones, hubby got a burger which was huge with plenty of bacon and crispy onions he was delighted. Staff are so friendly from the girls at the reception who gave us a buzzer and advised us we would have to wait 30 minutes we went up stairs for a drink, again staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly .We had great banter with our waiter, very friendly guy . Loved the way they let you sit in a booth suitable for four people in the middle of the floor, usually when it's just two people restaurants seem to shove you in a corner ....

  Okay, walking into a Hard Rock Café, one must expect over priced plates. After all, it's supposed to be all about the experience. But one nonetheless expects good food and decent portions. In the case of this restaurant in this location, the Cesar salad was not overly generous and had no bacon bits, a key ingredient. My fajita plate was also not overly generous and the beans never materialized. Overall, a rather disappointing experience.

  Went to Hard Rock cafe last night with my family. One of the worst experiences of my holiday. Actually it was the worst experience. To start I can accept a wait as it was busy. However, when I went to get a round of drinks while we waited. The bar tender was completely uninterested in my custom. No interaction at all. My son also mentioned this. Then after 45 minutes we got our seat. And waited a further 20 minutes for any waiter to ask if we wanted drinks. He arrived and we ordered burgers. They were under seasoned as in no taste at all from the burger. I am coeliac and ended up with a brown seeded roll on a cheese burger! The wine also was vinegary for a house red. All in all never again. Cost a fortune too!!!

  At 9.30 the place started rocking as the band came on ,great atmosphere. Thank God we shared the chocolate brownie dessert it was huge but was devine. Will definitely be going back again ! Thank you to all the staff x
