  I wanted buy a watch, so I went to this shop. At beginning every thing was great, shop assistant was very nice. Then I told I need to think and I wanted go to another shop to see if the price was competitive. They told me that they are owner of this another shop and there were only shop who sells this watch.

  I purchased a beautiful sapphire and diamond bracelet from this jewellers in September 2015. Unfortunately the bracelet broke when I wore it on Xmas Day, luckily whilst sat at the dining table otherwise it would have been lost. I had the bracelet repaired by my local jeweller and sent by email, an explanation, photos and the bill of £45 to SK Jewellers, sadly no reply, so I sent email again a few days later, no reply, then sent again a couple of weeks later, to date no reply!! However, they sent me a Xmas Card!!!!
