  Worst place ever! My wife and I were slept here for 2 nights in November 2016, and although the location is magnificent and Anaga is the part of Tenerife we liked the best, this place is horrible. Tiny, noisy room with very small window and no natural light. Awful beds: simply a mattress put on a wooden board, and you have to set it yourself! Disgusting meals: breakfast comprises old bread, 2 slices of what it should be ham (but it's actually not) and 2 of low quality cheese, black coffee or tea. No milk, yogurt, jam, butter...NOTHING. The dinner is just ridiculous: a hideous, bland veggie soup, a tiny omelette, 2 slices of tomatoes and ONE apple. REALLY? Am I in a hospital? And they demand you to wash your dishes, even though you are not allowed to use the kitchen! But worse of worst is the staff: unfriendly, uncaring, they do not speak English, never bother to say hello or bye, just point some sign when you miss doing something. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else, there is a nice village on the slope toward west I am pretty sure you will find something, but even sleeping in the woods would be better than here!

  The location is great. The rooms are clean. Staff is incompetent at times but friendly. Weird rules: you have to clean your own dishes but cannot bring your own food. With a few upgrades it could be the most amazing place.

  Super nice location with fantastic views from most or maybe all rooms and the dining room and deck. Rooms are basic and small but quite OK. Government hostel so lots of things are not convenient for the guests, like the hours of the café, which closes at 18.30; if you want to do laundry, then only in the afternoon. But mostly the staff were nice and helpful.

  Nice ride on the hills and beautiful view on both sides of the Island.
