  Bad service. I noticed they didn't give me extra insurance, Even though i asked for it. The Windows in the car looked like they were cleaned with mud, så er had to turn back to get som paper so er could se through the Windows.

  It's not at the airport at all and there is no signage where the shuttle bus departs from. Rental office is staffed with unfriendly women the male shuttle driver seems helpful though. My waiting time at the rental site was 53 minutes although they have several desks only 2 were used to process their customers. Next visit I will avoid them and so should you.

  Worst rental company I've ever used.. does not state anywhere on the confirmation that the hire building was not in the airport, we had to wait 40 minutes for a shuttle bus. On arrival in addition to the 79 pounds I had been quoted and agreed to for the rental, I was told I must also pay a 400 euro deposit. When I questioned this and explained that it was not in the terms the staff refused to give me the vehicle. I complained to the staff and they reduced the deposit to 250 then raised it again to 300.. numbers were being plucked from the air! I was told the excess was 1600 when the website stated it was 400 pounds less, the customer service staff said the deposit was to cover any damage to the vehicle, this was supposed to have been covered automatically and surely would have been taken from the excess should it have been my fault!? In the end I cancelled my booking and walked away

  Terrible. Tried to get droppes off by friends, but address online & by using google maps were wrong. Had to go to airport and wait for the shuttle..... Would expect a correct address or contact no as a minimum. Had no interest of going to the Airport.

  Overall a shocking company.. three people had problems with their cars while we were there!

  Apart from this everything else went smooth. Even with ~15 customers, they had 4 counters and quick processing. Return was also smooth.

  The worst part: when we arived to the Airport, og was Very hard to find the shuttle bus location. We ended up taking a taxi after 45 minuts.

  Actual rental cars are not at the airport but about 10 minutes ride with their "shuttle" bus. We had to wait 30 Minutes for the driver of shuttle bus to turn up. Even though the bus was already there.
