  Service - amazing. All the staff are really young and up beat. They seem as if they really enjoy their work. Very attentive. Dancing and singing along to any music that was playing in the background. Location - brilliant. Right beside the sea. View of nature reserve. Multiple swimming pools and bars. Entertainment throughout the day and night. Rooms - amazing. I've stayed in a lot of hotel rooms but these rooms had everything you could think of. Bidet, phone beside the toilet, robes, slippers, toothpaste, toothbrush, shoe shine kit, 2 sinks, wet room, jacuzzi bath, outside private terrace. Food - delicious. Buffet 3 times a day and snacks available too.

  Great location, we had a private Thomson Taxi from Tenerife South Airport and it took roughly 10 minutes. The rooms are very clean with a nice modern cosy design and are cleaned every day. The hotel grounds are beautiful and there is wheelchair access all around. The service is exceptional, always with warm smile everywhere you go. Well above standard. The food and drinks selection is also very varied and enjoyable.

  5 stars resort. Pools are nice. There is a couple of adult only pools so it was quiet. The area nearest the sea is the loudest. Rooms are clean and we saw no bugs. Staff friendly and the food was great.

  Attended a wedding reception in the restaurant towards the back of hotel. Started with drinks on the beach followed by dinner and dance inside of the restaurant by the swimming pool. Beach is lovely and very good views. Drink were being constantly brought out so very good start to the evening. We then moved to the restaurant for a 5 course dinner. The food was mediocre. Some of the dishes were very good (the fish and desert) whilst other weren't good at all (bland soup, overcooked chicken for main). Service on the tables however was very prompt. Drinks constantly topped and courses arriving without having to wait too long. Overall, a pleasant evening, but could have been better.

  Very good hotel. Clean,nice staff. But would be helpful if there was more signs directing you and telling you what is where around the hotel, only see signs at the lifts!!! But overall very good.
