  The hotel is 4* but I really give it 5* here as it is just perfect to us . This is our first time to Tenerife with my wife and I am so glad she chose this hotel. Price was average to us in comparison to the prices of hotels in the south (super pricy!). From the beginning (the end of our stay has not yet come) the service is amazing - truly good customer service and nice attitude. Our room is on the 8-thbfloor and we just love it! It so big and spacious! I did not expect and it is a standard room not an ensuite , it has unfortunately two separate beds combined (they told us in advance ) but we wanted it as it has the city view and the sea , so we preferred- the beds are soooo big and comfy - each has 2-3pillows (very large ones). The bathroom is ensuited with a bath tube (I love) - very clean and nice(everything needed there). There is a fridge with nice snacks and drinks. The view from the elevator is astonishing- we just love it:) the breakfast is really first class - it does not have an enourmous big choice - but still has a lot to choose - plenty of first class meats and cheese, croissants, freshly made bread with tomato and garlic..mm So the location is just in the center - there are two nice malls just outside the hote - Meridiano and El Cortes ingles. There is a Carefoure for budget eating nearby , the beach is just 5 min by walk...I strongly recommend! Enjoy

  Good location. Very very friendly/warm staff and tourist helpdesk lady. It's only been a day and it has been a pleasant stay so far.

  its a very nice hotel with brilliant location right next to shopping mall. Staff is very helpful, we had a early morning tour so they packed our breakfast ( vegetarian ) all ready for us to collect at 6:15 am. Rooms are good sized , amd toilets are clean and modern. View from the elevetaor is great as well, its a glass elevator that climbs 8 floor. They charge 12 euros for parking ( underground) and you can reach hotel reception from the parking itself. Although best confirm the direction with hotel , there are around 4-5 parking space right in front of hotel that allows 30 min parking
